Good salary, stock plan (RSU), and an annual bonus that might be higher than expected. Most management personnel are super nice to the employees, and last but not least is the typical international culture.
Many teams have people from three or more countries, so you will always feel good no matter where you are from.
Like many gigantic companies, if you are full of passion for work, you might not always be satisfied by the workload. I remember during my first year here, I was out of work from time to time.
