Too much business-oriented, less concern towards employees and their concerns. Even in COVID pandemic times, when all companies issued WFH circulars, Broadcom called their employees to the office. Layoffs are not very uncommon.

WLAN Software QA Engineer
Applied through referral. Overall process took around one month. First, a written test followed by two technical rounds. It was a group/panel round. Most questions were on wireless fundamentals, C programming, and some general topics.
