The worst decision I made was to work for this company
The pay is good. Nothing else.
Almost everything.
- Forcing people to come to the office during COVID times, also after knowing a few people in the office already got affected by the virus. This clearly shows management has no care for the employees.
- Worst work and culture. You won't be getting or doing the work for which you were hired.
- Continuous layoffs.
- Work pressure.
A rework on the work culture is a must.
