Forcing to come to the office in the pandemic situation, even though work is getting done from home. No work-life balance. Aggressive timelines. Not at all employee-friendly. Always concentrate on cost-cutting by using open-source products. No long-term growth. Layoffs every year.

Advice to Management

Don't force employees to come to the office during the pandemic situation.

Give importance to employees' lives, then business.

Have employee-friendly policies; otherwise, the company will lose employee trust.

Concentrate on quality rather than just the completion of a task.
