Pros

The company gives good RSU benefits.

Cons

The company is only interested in generating profits, no more, no less.

The CEO insisted we had to return to the office during lockdown, despite several arguments to the contrary, and wouldn't hear a word against it.

There appeared to be a distinct lack of interest in employees' well-being, with the insistence that a little extra money thrown at us means we should be happy.

Advice to Management

Treat employees like human beings, and stop letting the company be run as an autocracy. Money does not equal happiness.
