- If you dare to question, HR will blackmail with a "bad conduct" certificate to virtually finish your career.
- HR will secretly provide bad feedback if you move to another company.
- Don't sabotage careers by blackmail and bad feedback.
- Don't use performance ratings as a mechanism to take away and save stocks.
- Don't use the firing mechanism to save stocks promised to employees.
