Very open work atmosphere. Several very experienced coworkers.
Comfortable work space.
Wide out-of-office activity. Good geographical placement. System of year-end bonuses.
Many workers leave the company after a couple of years. Several positions are going to be closed and removed to cheaper manpower regions in the world.
Pay more attention to the sure workers.
