If you don't like working hard, don't bother applying. The work you do, while rewarding, will be challenging to a large degree.
Continue to give a wide variety of tasks to your interns, and that will keep them coming back for more. It's such a great thing to be able to have real work experience and not just an "intern" project that someone doesn't want to do and that gets pawned off onto interns.
