Very bad and toxic management; they don't want to listen to anything an employee thinks.
No job security, and they lay off people frequently.
Unnecessary pressure from management, which leads to late-night shifts.
Tech is old; there's no use after this company.
Don't hire contractors if you can't treat them well.
