Pros

Generous initial RSU grant, and supposedly more each year.

Cons

The RTO policy seems designed to get people to quit so that they don’t have to pay severance. HR is a joke; I was told to email the CEO with my concern since it “wasn’t an HR problem.” The CEO can clearly make tons of money for shareholders but is past his best-by date, and his judgment is clearly deteriorating with recent acquisitions. The company is overall run like a financial firm and treats tech workers like indentured servants.
