The market leader is some of the key technologies. If you are in any of those groups, your job is safe. If not, there is always a risk of losing your job.
Too much of change. Top-level management is very bad. They made too many mistakes while acquiring the companies and ultimately had to lay off all the employees of the acquired company.
Please evaluate the pros and cons fully so that you do not have to revisit your decisions in just 10 months.
Please make sure that the company values and policies remain the same across all groups. Some groups place undue stress on employees just to portray themselves as efficient. They keep changing requirements without evaluating manpower availability.
