Good pay.
Technical challenges abound.
Great team of very competent engineers. I've never worked with such a great bunch of teammates as at Broadcom.
The work environment is becoming stale. Morale is at an all-time low (I've been here nine years).
We are understaffed to complete tasks. We are winning new contracts but have no new headcount. This will cost us in the long run.
Wake up! You are too concerned about the short-sighted vision of the investing community. If we do not invest in the manpower, the new business we are currently winning will leave us. You are taking away all of the great things about Broadcom and leaving us with an empty shell.
