Pros

Total remuneration from my manager was mostly good financial management.

Cons

Forced to work in the office during COVID, poor healthcare (despite promises made when Avago acquired Broadcom).

Advice to Management

Let employees that can work remotely during COVID. It's illegal for them to be obliged to work in the office.

Management is towing the CEO's line, despite knowing that it's morally and legally wrong. COVID working policies have made me want to leave.

Our tagline is "Connecting Everything" – what don't you get?!

Keep your promise on healthcare.

Fix your "Master Engineer" mistake. You're overpaying many and losing (leaving or destroyed motivation) many of the best ones.
