Pros

Nice location to have an interview. (Comfortable)

Most interviewers are nice.

Cons

A 4-hour interview with 5 people. The last person was straightforward in telling me that he didn't like my answer while I was still talking.

Advice to Management

Be prepared for some debugging skills if you are applying for a testing engineering role. For instance, if a customer reports a Bluetooth problem, how can we find a solution before escalating to the designer?

They gave me some puzzle questions, but I feel they are not expecting you to answer them correctly. Instead, they just want to know your way of thinking. So, don't be afraid if you don't get the correct answer.
