Pandemic time decisions were bad. When all companies were shut, the company decided to operate in shifts, though with strict precautions. Even if employees raised concerns, these were neglected, and justifications were provided, such as the company still not being a hotspot, especially during the second wave of Covid. The contractor tag for many worthy employees is frustrating.
