Cons: Language Barrier Chinese is the working language. If you don’t know it, be prepared to stare at auto-translated captions during online meetings and pray that it understands the various accents. Good luck for in-person meetings. Don’t believe it if they say they’re transitioning to English; this has been heard for years with no progress.
