The first interview focused mostly on my past experience, followed by a coding question. The second interview involved two coding questions.

Inclusive culture.
Efficient and effective administrative & management system for Human Resource issues, applying for benefits, etc.
Regular events & benefits for employees.
Cons: Renting in nearby areas may be an issue (high rent, old properties, etc.).
Heavy commute traffic.
Great public transport but full of people.
Depending on your team, sometimes the workload may become stressful, especially at the busier time of the year.
