Pros: I don't know how the other teams are, but my team seems good in my one-year experience so far. The team leader is located in China, but the team culture has no difference from most Silicon Valley tech companies. Mentors are supportive, so it's good for entry-level engineers to grow.

Cons: Sometimes I need to sync with colleagues in China, and the time zone difference is tough. The workload has continuously increased since joining the company, and I expect it to continue to expand. Stopping growing generally means a lower performance rating.
