Cons: It is the worst company I have ever worked for, and I can confidently say I will never work here again. If you are non-Chinese, you are wasting your time. Turnover here is so fast, which is why they are always hiring. I wasted my time here. - Diversity and inclusion do not exist here. - There are constant marketing posters in English and a website showing different races, but when you join, it is 98% mainlanders. - Lunch conversations are in Chinese, normal conversations are in Chinese, and meetings are all in Chinese. You literally don't talk or add value, so be prepared for a normal or bad grade. - You are constantly ignored by people if you ask questions in English. - There is no meaningful work. - You are literally a zombie every day, pressing buttons and doing simple tasks. - There is no growth and no challenge. - There are no meaningful conversations because mainlanders are really robotic. - There is no point in making work friends since locals will leave and mainlanders are all the same. - Mainlanders don't shower or brush their teeth, and hygiene is very bad. Even though the pay and benefits are good, the quality of life you live every day is absolute dog shit. If you want to imagine it, it is like taking a first-class flight, but there is no one there to serve you, no television, no music, but it is a comfortable chair and spacious, as opposed to another company where you take budget airlines, but they have amazing food and friends to make the journey fun.

Cons: Most managers are Chinese. If you can't speak Chinese, prepare to be discriminated against, especially in the Data team.
