Pros: Very developed tools and platforms, very experienced seniors and colleagues. Free lunch.

Cons: Not friendly for newcomers to landing. No coaching plan. You are here to work, not learn.

Pros: Technological growth and problem-solving capabilities are rapidly improving. Communication skills are required. The salary is high, and there are many options. It is suitable for young people to quickly upgrade their comprehensive abilities for technical positions.

Cons: Work overload. Work time from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Easy access to PIP. Update OKRs every 2 months. Do a 360 evaluation every 2 months and decide on the bonus.

Pros: Salary and compensation are reasonable, but not as good as expats likely.

Cons: Locals are not the main players in this company and simply have a role to play in creating EP quotas, with no career growth and aspect. Promotion-winning projects are given to inner groups, and locals are probably there to clear unimportant, laborious work, which likely differs from team to team. There is no diversity, with probably one Singaporean to ten expats, and it is not sure where the abundance of EPs is obtained. Also, workers in China do 996, where 内卷 is inevitable, and through culture, one has to work the equivalent amount.
