The first round was good. I met with the technical guy, and we were able to communicate and understand each other.
The second round was not as positive. I like talking to a business guy, but I was unable to understand what he wanted at all. It was not really like what was advertised on their company website, which mentioned being ego-free, open, and humble. I didn't feel that was the case.
Perhaps I shouldn't have said it was bad; it was just incompatible with me.
