First, there was a coding assessment, then a recruiter screen over email.
After that, the first-round interview was with a Software Engineer.
Lastly, the second-round interview was with a manager and another person.
It was hard to understand the interviewers, and I was rejected after the second interview.

Pros: Good office place, decent tooling. Lark is a powerful communication tool. People are efficient and to the point.
Cons: Forget about WLB if you work here. My personal experience was 9-9-5. Lunch and dinner are always rushed.
There's no time for anything else in life. The compensation is higher than banks, but not worth the workload.
