I took an OA test and fortunately passed it. The questions were Leetcode Hard. Then, I was called for an interview with a software engineer there.
During the interview, I was asked in detail about frontend frameworks, etc. It was very theoretical, and I couldn't answer most of it.

Pros: Good benefits: flexi benefits $2500, lunch catering, pantry, latest MacBook, medical, etc.
Decent pay.
Cons: Work-life balance may not be great depending on the team and organization you're in. Documentation and meetings are almost all in Chinese. There is little to no growth if you choose not to work overtime, and you even risk being put on a performance improvement plan. Even with overtime and effort in delivering features, it does not guarantee a good performance review grade. You may be trading time and health for money if you don't strive to achieve a balance.
