The interview process was in 3 rounds.

1st round - With the HR: Tell about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, future plans for the next 5 years, why you chose this company, and what you will contribute.

2nd round - With the DCOE team: I was asked about general knowledge of server support, server maintenance, and some tricky questions about datacenters.

3rd round - With the Hiring Manager: This was a really relaxed and chilled discussion. The manager talked about the environment and what will be done while I am there; no questions were asked.
