According to a recruiter, despite me and a few other interviewees successfully passing all the interview stages, we did not get an offer because the company had reached its headcount for its newly established department.

Pros: Salary OK, good health plan, annual bonus is worth it (but with reservations). I was lucky to have good leadership. Until a year ago, there were many opportunities to grow and develop.
Cons: HR and Overhead are the worst enemies of employees, lowering performance review scores without reason, worsening benefits, demoting employees, and removing activities and functions, generating a huge idle time. Besides, internal selection processes are confusing, where they cancel the vacancy in the middle and do not give performance feedback.

Pros: Good VR, annual bonus, home office days, little to no micromanagement.
Cons: Communication between departments is slow, and if you depend on one for your work, you need to learn to fend for yourself and have patience.
Despite being hybrid, three days in person for most positions is much more than necessary.

Pros: Different businesses are growing at a fast rate, with great influence over millions of audience. As long as you're proactive, you can grow fast and also see your work impacting a lot of people.
Cons: Given the fast pace, sometimes decisions can change fast also. So, we need to be adaptive to the changes.
