Quality Analyst Interview Experience - Manila, Philippines

Process

It was chaotic.

The interview was held via call, and the interviewer was inside the production floor, which was very noisy. They were using wired earphones with a poor internet connection.

It was hard to understand some of their questions, and they tended to get distracted by their surroundings. Yet, they complained that they couldn't clearly hear me.

They also often stopped to take down notes, making the interview call longer than necessary.

I was asked repetitive questions because the interviewer was not focused. The follow-up questions were not related to my previous answers. Instead, the order of questions seemed to be based on their list. The questions were all over the place; for example, the follow-up question (the 11th question) was for the 2nd question.
