The first interview was with a recruiter. The second was with a subleader. The third was with the leader in charge of this position. I passed the first two interviews. The first and second interviews were very smooth, and they were nice. However, in the third interview, I met a Korean manager. As soon as the interview started, his eyes read only my CV, and he didn't look at me. He then said, "Okay, thanks." He didn't ask me any questions. The interview finished in 8 minutes. I received a result email from the recruiter 10 minutes later: "Sorry, you did not pass."
