There were two phone interviews before the on-site interview. Both of the phone interviews were unnecessarily hard and proved nothing besides whether candidates knew the exact algorithm or not. The interviewers were friendly enough, but felt very boring to have as colleagues.

Cons: Tons of things to do. Not that anyone will aggressively push you, but because everyone is moving fast, it's easy to feel lagged behind.
Work schedule can be really crazy due to the need of working with teams in Asia.
