Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Shanghai, China
Process
I applied online. The process took one week.
It's terrible. All interviewers are Karen. I don't know why they decided to have an interview with me, given that they don't ever see my experience and skills. They only ask some general questions and general LeetCode problems. Then I failed. It's a totally time-wasting process.
