Pros: Pay above average in my region.
Cons: Team leaders and structure are constantly changing. There is not so much chance to grow any meaningful designs in any repo if you are not in infra or building algorithms. Oncall was rampant and wore out even the most genuine people. You had to strive for any bonus or salary raise.
