I applied online.
There was a total of three technical rounds and one HR round. Each technical round included around one to two LeetCode medium to hard questions and a bunch of technical questions. The last HR round assessed cultural fit and career goals.
The recruiter was fast and efficient every round, getting back with the result within the same day or the next few days.

Pros: Different businesses are growing at a fast rate, with great influence over millions of audience. As long as you're proactive, you can grow fast and also see your work impacting a lot of people.
Cons: Given the fast pace, sometimes decisions can change fast also. So, we need to be adaptive to the changes.

Cons: Each team will have a 3-5-2 compulsory performance review distribution. So if you are a technical staff member, please remember that the voice of your project matters, and your position in your leader's subconscious matters, while technical skills are not that important.
