Applied through their career site. Was invited for an OA and, after 15 months, the recruiter reached out for three rounds of technical interviews. All of them were technical. After two rounds, the recruiter mentioned that my previous job experience matched more with the DevOps role on the same team, and the DevOps team wanted someone with more than 3 years of experience.
