Pros: There is a strong engineering culture and talented colleagues. I learned a lot from experienced engineers and had opportunities to work on real-world products with large-scale systems. The company encourages ownership, fast iteration, and solving challenging technical problems. The learning curve is steep, and the technical environment is excellent.
Cons: The working pace can be intense, and expectations are relatively high. Due to the fast-changing environment, priorities may shift quickly. For interns, it can sometimes take time to fully understand complex systems and business context.
