I was invited to do the coding challenge.
It was extremely challenging. I don't see how it could feasibly be solved in the short amount of time given.
There were four questions in two hours, and I finished two and a half of them.
Questions
Parse a log entry string.
Find the shortest distance between any two points of a given set.
Some dynamic programming problems.

Cons: Given the fast pace, sometimes decisions can change fast also. So, we need to be adaptive to the changes.
