Pros: If you end up on a good team with good management, you will enjoy a lot of freedom and flexibility in your work.
Very reasonable WLB.
The pay is great.
Cons: The RTO policy is becoming increasingly strict, but varies per team. Rumor has it that some teams are overworked. I have not personally experienced this.
