Pros: - Very high compensation: If you meet expectations, you are guaranteed a 25% bonus, which would make the monetary compensation way higher than most other tech giants. - Smart people: You get to work with very intelligent and hard-working people.

Cons: - Lack of transparency: Leadership doesn't seem to share anything. All-hands meetings are useless. - Lack of respect: The leadership's mindset is that engineers are disposable, and they provide you with little care. - Tech debt: There is no regard for quality, just the bare minimum. It almost seems like employees work long hours because of the tech debt. Also, the technology used is very old and backward, so there's little chance of growing your engineering skills. - Non-traditional work hours: To function normally and within deadlines, you have to work until at least 7 PM to work with colleagues in China, Singapore, etc.
