Native Chinese interviewer who had a poor command of English.
They did not appreciate your answer, even though you answered it very well. From the interviewer's perspective, they surely knew you had the answer. Put yourself in their shoes.
Basically, it is a waste of your time. As most posts mentioned, it will most likely end in rejection.
