Pros: The benefit is really good: free lunch, a good insurance plan, and flexible benefits.
Cons: Each team will have a 3-5-2 compulsory performance review distribution. So if you are a technical staff member, please remember that the voice of your project matters, and your position in your leader's subconscious matters, while technical skills are not that important.
