Pros: Good compensation and RSUs. You might become rich if you join at an early time.
Cons: There is no management in this company. Most managers have 3-7 years of engineering experience and were hired here as managers. They have barely led a project before and are not qualified leaders. Putting them in management roles is killing engineers.
