My interview had three rounds, all of which were technical and conducted via video.
The three interviewers were all very young. Two of them, I later found out, would be my colleagues in the same larger team.
The interview process lasted for about three hours, with a five to ten minute break between rounds. The difficulty level of the questions varied.

Pros: Great learning opportunities, a strong engineering culture, talented colleagues, and exposure to large-scale systems. The company provides opportunities to work on challenging problems with significant business impact and learn from people with strong technical expertise.
Cons: Work-life balance can vary significantly depending on the team and project. Priorities can change quickly, processes may become complex at scale, and organizational changes can sometimes create uncertainty around long-term planning.

Pros: Good benefits: flexi benefits $2500, lunch catering, pantry, latest MacBook, medical, etc.
Decent pay.
Cons: Work-life balance may not be great depending on the team and organization you're in. Documentation and meetings are almost all in Chinese. There is little to no growth if you choose not to work overtime, and you even risk being put on a performance improvement plan. Even with overtime and effort in delivering features, it does not guarantee a good performance review grade. You may be trading time and health for money if you don't strive to achieve a balance.
