Process
The HR team was really nice, and the whole process felt clear, efficient, and respectful.
The interviewers were professional and respectful too.
The only downside was that the final result took three weeks. Even though HR gave a detailed explanation and apology, the wait was still stressful.

Cons: Business is bad.
An in-house, self-developed engine has many issues.
Work is ad hoc, with dirty workarounds because the engine has issues. There's not much room for personal growth.
A tough environment for non-Chinese speaking people.
