Pros: - Fast development velocity
- Smart engineers
- The company is still growing, so there’s a lot of opportunity for good project ownership and impact, especially if you take initiative.
- Use a lot of open-source technologies.
Cons: - Chinese seems to be the default language at the company. Everyone speaks English, but there’s a slight language barrier anyway, and all documentation and chats have built-in auto-translate, which works really well. But it does affect how you work and communicate regardless.
- Work-life balance doesn’t seem to be great for full-time employees.
