Pros: - Great benefits (lunch, pay, allowance, etc.)
- Learning and growth, fast pace, working with competent people, and lots of great tech tools.
Cons: Zero to little WLB.
Mandarin everywhere, including documents, images, meetings, etc.
Lack of social connection and empathy.
Top-down management, which gives you anxiety not knowing what would happen next.
Lots of workload.
Little guidance, but very high expectations.
Too many approvals and processes.
Toxic workplace; everyday feels like a survival game.
