Process
I had two rounds of online video interviews.
The result for the first round was given within an hour.
After the second round, they took more than a week to inform me that they wouldn't be moving forward.
The second round interview was really great. I answered everything they asked, and the coding question was solved in a very short time with an optimal solution.
There was no proper rejection reason provided.
This was a very bad experience. If you don't want to recruit, why do you waste other people's time?
