Fast-paced working style at ByteDance
Here, everyone treats you equally, whether you are a full-time employee or an intern, which I think is pretty helpful for me to practice my collaborative ability.
The working pace is very fast and extremely uncomfortable if you are a person who doesn't like making plans or organizing things ahead of time. The way things work here forces you to do so for the most tiny stuff.

Junior Software Developer
The time was limited and the process was very quick. I was asked to answer questions, and there was a stopwatch. The question for the first round was pretty easy, but since there was a very tight time limit, it was difficult if you got stressed out

The interviewer was quite unfriendly and hectic while asking typical interview questions. The recruiter's tone and argumentation were harsh. I cannot recommend this company due to its negative attitude and robot-like interview procedure.
