Pros

Good compensation, free food and snacks.

Cons

All requests and meetings are conducted in Chinese.

Requests are all equally urgent, where leaders do not seem to help draw this line; if all are urgent, none are.

There is a severe lack of manpower, where people continuously quit. Only seniors seem to be hired, and these people rarely contributed to the actual work but only on the "management" side.

There is lower than average job security as compared to other companies in the tech industry.

Advice to Management

Stop looking for projects for pure signaling, which looks good when written in one's OKR, and instead address the pain points of the staff. This is largely due to the lack of manpower and other resources to ship the large amount of work on time.
