- Take a tremendous amount of tech debt and never repay to maximize the speed of software development. The source code has become a black box.
- Because of this, most internal systems are unstable and difficult to use. Everyone is very busy either fixing bugs or asking around for solutions.
- This leaves less time for employees to deliver new features, so people take more tech debt.
- Do not appreciate maintenance efforts, but blame if a system breaks down.
- In the same team, working hours are: China > Singapore >> US; payscales are: US >> Singapore > China.
