- Work-life balance if you get the right team.
- Still hybrid.
- Location-wise: easy for public transport users.
- Competitor pay is better.
- Doesn't feel like in-house (even though we are in-house).
- The rules slowly become like a call center.
- Too strict.
A little advice: appreciate the employees.
