Very limited growth or promotion opportunities available, even though the appearance of roles that are apparently available would make you think otherwise. Little if any career development. Management is disorganized, not transparent, and most obviously lacks the basic understanding of leadership and the importance of communication. Job security is negligible. Talent does not equal progression. Hype about culture and values, but more propaganda than reality.
