Lovely colleagues who are friendly and work as a team.
They will discard you when they feel like it. HR are a disgrace; senior management likewise. Policies are all over the place, with no chance of remedying issues. They manipulate performance reviews to get you out or prevent having to pay bigger bonuses. They profess all sorts of company values but fail dismally to live them themselves.
